We have several shipping options available so that you can receive your order in the most comfortable way and in the way that best suits your needs.

Please note that we do not deliver on Saturdays, Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery of orders from oboticario.pt is carried out by the carrier DPD.

If the first delivery is not completed, we will try to contact the recipient to schedule a new delivery. If this is not possible, and if the recipient does not claim the order within 30 days after it has been sent, it will be "abandoned" without the right to claim or refund.

Delivery times may take longer than expected due to the high volume of orders during festive periods, such as Beauty Week and Christmas.
